Product overview

This Small Stand Alone Vibration Solution integrates vibration sensor, frequency analyzer and measuring equipment functions into a single package. A true “field-centric solution” for machine vibrations, the product has been optimized in terms of safety, quality and performance with the purpose of real-time vibration monitoring for core mechanical equipment.

A ‘state-of-the-art, site-centric vibration monitoring solution’ that does away with the human, physical and cost inefficiencies of conventional vibration monitoring methods for key mechanical equipment (i.e. difficulty of permanently stationing personnel, excessively large numbers of machines, circumstances making measurement difficult, etc.). Smart vibration sensors can be installed on key parts of important mechanical equipment requiring vibration management (engines, gearboxes, motors, key pipelines, etc.), measuring vibrations from the equipment around the clock and comparing the measured vibrations against allowable vibration criteria presets in the sensor, indicating the stats of the equipment using LED colors to allow for identification of faults and taking of corrective action on-site.
